This is Laurell K Hamiltons character from the Merry Gentry Series. Merideth NicEssus: Princess of Flesh and Blood. Heir to the throne of Fairy. She's got hair the color of spun rubies, skin the color of moonlight and eyes the color of emeralds, jade and gold. Her hand of flesh can turn someone inside out with a touch and her hand of blood can open old wounds and drawn forth the blood. Her father was a Sidhe Prince and her mother was a human/browny mix.
